UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Silverline Field Community Partners runs community programmes across Atlanta, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around benefits enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in benefits enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
