UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Greenridge Partners helps transport agencies around San Diego design routes and schedules, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around route schedules that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in route schedules. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
