UX Designer - design systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Harbor Transit Planning and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Design for tasks around accessibility audits that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in accessibility audits. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
