UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Redstone Cross Health runs clinics and patient services around Fresno, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a large organisation of about 385 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
