UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Greenridge Summit Financial is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around loan applications that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
