UX Designer - design systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Corner Early Learning and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would join a large organisation of about 330 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in family communication. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
