UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Foxglove Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Spokane producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
