UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Cedar Forge Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in San Antonio, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
