UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Redstone Haven Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around student accounts that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in student accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
