UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Nova Juniper Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
