UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Redstone Beacon Community Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around client intake that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in client intake. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
