UX Designer - design systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cross Banking Services Partners and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would join a large organisation of about 862 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in branch operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
