UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Foxglove Vale Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
