UX Designer - design systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lakeside Arts Center and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around ticketing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
