UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Nova Rook Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Las Vegas, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a large organisation of about 909 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around vendor spend that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in vendor spend. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
