UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Foxglove Nest Financial Partners is a financial-services company in St. Louis, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around account servicing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
