UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Stonegate Iron Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in family communication. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
