UX Designer - design systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Pine Community Partners and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around benefits enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
