UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Lumen Vista Financial is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in payment disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
