UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Redstone Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in New Orleans producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
