UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Lumen Summit Pharma develops and makes medicines in Birmingham, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
