UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Harborlight Junction Community Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 285 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around donor records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in donor records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
