UX Designer - design systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Bright Community Partners and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around client intake that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
