UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Rivermark Linden Health Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in clinic supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
