UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Westbrook Loom Financial Partners provides savings, lending and payment services from Nashville, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in customer onboarding. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
