UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Foxglove Sable Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Fresno. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around client intake that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
