UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Stonegate Cross Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
