UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Summit Juniper Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Denver, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around event logistics that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in event logistics. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
