UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Highbridge Meridian Health Group is a healthcare provider in Reno with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
