UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Stonegate Ridge Financial is a financial-services company in Wichita. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a large organisation of about 866 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around account servicing that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
