UX Designer - design systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
