UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Cedar Haven Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Orlando. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
