UX Designer - design systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ivory Banking Services Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in fraud alerts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
