UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Cedar Amber Medical Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
