UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Cedar Loom Pharma Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
