UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Clearpath Willow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Orlando, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
