UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Harborlight Juniper Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in card disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
