UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Clearpath Technologies runs classrooms and tutoring across the Minneapolis area, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around student accounts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in student accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
