UX Designer - design systems (Raleigh, NC)

Clearpath Corner Pharma Partners supports drug development and manufacturing around Raleigh, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in release testing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
