UX Designer - design systems (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Forge Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests.
