UX Designer - design systems (Raleigh, NC)

Highbridge Cobalt Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Raleigh, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around learning materials that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in learning materials. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
