UX Designer - design systems (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Quill Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
