UX Designer - design systems (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Willow Pharma Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
