UX Designer - design systems (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Loom Learning Group Partners is an education provider in Phoenix serving students and families, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in school calendars. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
