UX Designer - design systems (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Pike Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
