UX Designer - design systems (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Timber Early Learning and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would join a large organisation of about 777 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in meal programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
