UX Designer - design systems (Orlando, FL)

Rivermark Cobalt Early Learning runs childcare centres in Orlando caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in meal programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
