UX Designer - design systems (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Summit Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Design for tasks around online orders that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in online orders. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
