UX Designer - design systems (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Mill Banking Services is a regional lender in Omaha with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
