UX Designer - design systems (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Wilder Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
